• Unlock Failure: If your iCloud unlock request cannot be completed due to verified technical reasons on our side, we will issue a full refund.
• Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment occurs for the same IMEI, we will promptly refund the extra charge.

2) Non-Refundable Situations

• No Cancellation: Once your order is submitted and processing begins, it cannot be cancelled.
• Incorrect IMEI or Model: Refunds will not be provided for wrong IMEI entries, wrong device models, or mismatched device information.
• Service in Progress: Refunds cannot be issued for services already initiated or completed successfully.
• Fraud or Dispute Abuse: Filing false disputes or fraudulent claims will result in permanent suspension and no refund eligibility.

3) Refund Timeframe

Refunds are generally processed within 1–5 working days after approval. The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been released from our side.

4) How to Request a Refund

• Include your Order ID, IMEI number, and payment reference.
• Our team will review your case and provide a resolution within 24–48 hours.

5) Delays or Exceptions

Temporary service delays caused by Apple maintenance, server updates, or banking holidays do not qualify as unlock failure. Such situations are outside our control but are always handled with priority and transparency.
